Northern Elevation

This beautiful, big 4 bedroom plus office home is great for a large family. The main living area is upstairs to capture sunlight and views.
The lower floor is designed to be sunken into the ground 3' and has a large recreation room, garage, guest room and office which all have solar radiant floor heat.
The master bath upstairs has a large soaking tub and steam shower. All ceilings on upper floor are vaulted and a deck wraps around the south side.
An efficient heat pump system heats and cools the upper floor. Designed for wood frame construction.
