Description
This luxury home was designed for a climate with snowy winters and hot summers (original design for Provo Utah). It has an energy analysis that maximizes the energy efficiency, and could have almost no mechanical system, with passive heating and passive cooling (ventialtion and natural convection).  With a basement of 1705 sf, a main level of 2335 sf (including the garage), and an upper level of 1981 sf, this home encompuses just over 6,000 sf. It is designed with a fully-equipped mother-in-law apartment in the basement area, has two recreation areas, and a large bonus room, as well as 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large garage. The overall dimensions are 73-6 ft.x 34 ft.

Joe will customize and produce the blueprints for any client. This design has been constructed in Provo, Utah. Joe prefers to call this a semi-custom plan that can be modified and customized to meet your needs, as well as engineered to your specific location. The hard part is done, so he is offering to complete the design at $.50 per sf, with any changes to be hourly or to be negotiated at a fee based upon your needs.
