This ample 30' X 36' garage/shop on the ground level has a complete 1080 sf "Mother-in-Law" Apartment above it. Access to the second floor apartment is by stairs from both inside the garage and outside. There are unique triangular balconies off both the kitchen and the bedroom. In addition to the full bath in the bedroom, there is a half bath off the living room. Passive solar heating is built into the apartment level. This is designed to utilize standard Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).
