This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house with a large screened in entry porch and double car garage. The main level is 2269 sf; the upper level is 360 sf; the garage is 744 sf; the bonus future room over garage is 420 sf; the screened porch is 216 sf. This house was specifically designed for the Leavenworth, Kansas area (Climate Zone 4, latitude 39 degrees) and for construction with insulated concrete forms (ICF's), but modifications could be done to adapt it to other climates and construction methods.
