This three bedroom home also has an office, project room, media room, playroom, bicycle storage room, and attic storage space. A large sunspace with shading devices and tiled floor can be used for growing plants and provides passive solar heating for the main level. The main level with sunspace is 1754 sq. ft.; the basement is 1530 sf, and the loft playroom is 183 sf, providing a total of 3467 sf.

A hot water domestic solar panel system is planned in combination with an on-demand gas water heater. Radiant heated floors with 1 1/2 inch lightweight concrete topping are on each level except the loft. There is a large covered entry porch facing east, a rear porch facing west, and a balcony off the upper playroom.

The house is entirely built of 6 ½ inch SIPS (structural insulated panels) with 10 inch SIPS for the roof.
